Host a private party and learn to make (while you nibble on!) a variety of delectible chocolate treats and desserts.  Learn the basics of chocolate, the difference between types of chocolates (bittersweet, semisweet, milk and white chocolate), how to select a quality chocolate, the proper way to melt chocolate and more.


Vegan Delights
Learn the secrets of baking amazing dairy-free and egg-free cookies, pies, cakes and other treats!  Some recipes taught include homemade peanut butter cups, banana walnut loaf, pink lemonade cupcakes,  "ice cream" cookie sandwiches, fully loaded chocolate brownies and more.
